Change states in the state dropdown list at checkout.

The way to change the states/regions available in the States dropdown list on the checkouot address screen is:
  1. Click the blue SETTINGS tab
  2. Click COUNTRIES from the left menu
  3. Find “United States” in the list and click on the “States/Regions” button to the right.
  4. Either edit or delete the items you do not want to appear in the states dropdown list.
