Within the "Country States/Regions" section you are able to add states or regions for specific countries.
Add a State/Region:
| 1) | Type the name of the state/region within the "Name" field. |
| 2) | Type the abbreviation for the state/region within the "Abbr." field. |
| 3) | Click the "New" button to add the state/region to the country. |
| 4) | Click the "Reload" button to force a refresh on your site. A refresh will allow the new state/region to appear on your customer screens immediately, however it will only appear if you have selected the country as one you are currently available to ship to. |
