UPS:
If you are using ShipRush for UPS Basic, you can hold Ctrl+Alt on the keyboard, and double click the word Country to allow you to select select a country other that USA when registering the account.
FEDEX:
Hold Ctrl+Alt on your keyboard and double click the word Country during the setup wizard in the screen to add account, this will unlock the Country field to select a country other that USA
Note: Non-US origination is not officially supported in ShipRush Desktop, but this should allow you to add the account and ship with the CVO integration.
