ChillKat47 Error in CVO

For the error "Could not load file or assembly 'ChilkatDotNet47.dll' or one of its dependencies. The specified module could not be found.". the fix is to download and install the latest version of both the 32 bit and 64 bit versions of the Microsoft visual C++ runtime. Download from the links below and install BOTH versions.
