Create New RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) without Invoice

You can create an RMA without a referenced Invoice.  This option is available in the Customer form > Initiate button > select Create New RMA without Invoice

 

 

 

And the RMA form will be opened.  On this form, enter the items your customer returned.
