Customer and Prospect Form

From Contacts menu > Customers and Prospects

 

 

The Customers and Prospects find form allows you to search for both Customer and Prospect records.

 

 

When you open multiple records consisting of both Customers and Prospects, navigating through the opened records will dynamically change the form labels and tabs accordingly.

 

When you are currently viewing a customer record, captions and labels display “Customer” and the highlighted tabs are being shown.

 

 

When you navigate to a prospect record, the form changes dynamically and display “Prospect” in captions and labels. Tabs that are shown in the Customer form are also hidden.
