This enhancement will allow user to create a special type of report where two or more Custom Vantage Office Reports can be grouped. This report group can also be run from any of the report groups in Custom Vantage Office.
1. | Existing Report Group is renamed to Financial Report Groups and moved under Financial Report Generator. Report Groups under Report menu is also added. |
2. | The Report Groups form allows you to add New report, Save and Print report groups. |
On the example below, a new report group, Bill and Bill Detail is created. This includes Bill and Bill Detail reports where the Group Name selected is Bill.
Click Preview button on that particular report group and the Print Bill form will open. The Bill and Bill Detail report will then be shown in the report listing window.
Printing Bill and Bill Detail report (click Print button while Bill and Bill Detail report is highlighted) will open both Bill and Bill Detail reports at the same time.
Newly created report group can also be opened through Bill form. When you click on Print button, the Print Bills form will open displaying the Bill and Bill Detail report along with the other standard Bill reports.
