Site Terms

Within the Site Terms link find a list of all the values on your site with their matching term. Each term is combined with a value, the value will be what you see displayed on your site.

 

 

Finding Site Terms:

 

1)First locate whether or not your term exists within the site terms list. To do this you must scroll through the list to find your term OR follow the steps for whichever internet browser you are currently using below.

 

2)For Internet Explorer: Go to the menu bar at the top of the browser window and click the "Edit" menu option. Next click the "Find on this page" option. This will add a new search field to your browser window which will allow you to type the words that appear on your site and see if they currently exist as site terms.

 

3)For Firefox: Go to the menu bar at the top of the browser window and click the "Edit" menu option. Next click the "Find" option. This will add a new search field at the bottom of your browser window which will allow you to type the words that appear on your site and see if they currently exist as site terms.

 

4)If the terms exist within the list they will be editable, if they do not exist the words you searched for are not site terms, and therefore are not editable.

Editing Site Terms:

 

5)First locate which site term you would like to edit (follow the find steps above depending on your browser window).

 

6)Next click the edit button located within the row of the value.

 

7)A text box appears with the value inside where you may type any changes.

 

8)When you are finished making text changes to the value click the update button, located within the row.

 

 

 

Deleting Site Terms:

 

1)First locate with value you would like to delete.

 

2)Next click the delete button located within the row of the value.
