Within the Departments link find options that allow you to list and register new support departments.

 

This screen lists your current departments and some additional information including the code to display a support button that directly connects with every specific department and the number of representatives assigned per department. To view or edit a department’s information, click the “View/Edit” button to the right of each Department.
