Within the Inventory link you are able to determine the available quantity of the product you are editing.

 

 

 

Available Qty: The amount of this product that is currently available.

 

Update Inventory when it reaches this level: Type in an amount when your inventory reaches near depletion.

 

Current Status: This field alerts you to the status of the product, it can be available or out of stock.

 

When available qty reaches the update level qty then:Choose from the drop down menu to determine what to do when the quantity reaches the update level.

 

Back-Ordered Message: Type a message to be displayed to the customer when the item is out of stock and is back-ordered.

 

Finally, whenever you have finished making changes to this page click the "Ok" button to save any changes made.
