Email Monitor

The Custom Vantage Office E-Mail monitor allows Manager to "watch" an email box for new emails.  Manager will automatically check for new emails every 60 seconds.  When a new email is received it will be displayed in the Waiting Emails window and if a customer already exists in Manager, the email will automatically be associated with the customer.  The email is tied to the customer based on the email address from which the email was sent being the same as the main email address in the customer record.
